Using this site
The generators and free resources on EncounterSmith are here for you to use in your own roleplaying games. No account is required and there is no charge.
What you may do with generated results
Anything you forge here may be used freely in your own games: home campaigns, one-shots, play-by-post, streamed or recorded sessions, and convention play. No credit is required, and you may change a result as much as you like.
Commercial reuse is a separate question, and it is not licensed yet. Until a written licence is published on this site, please do not republish the tables, resell generated output, or include it in a product you sell. A licence is being prepared; if you have a specific project in mind, write to hello@encountersmith.com and ask.

Nothing here uses another publisher’s settings, characters, monsters, trade dress or text. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to us and it will be looked at promptly.
Products
Nothing is on sale through this site at present. When it is, the terms covering purchase, delivery, refunds and licensing will be published here before anything can be bought.

The site is provided as it is. It may change, move or be unavailable from time to time, and no guarantee of uninterrupted availability is offered.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EncounterSmith is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or the material forged on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
